WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Nakimuli e-gift card.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Requests received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion.
- Items must be postmarked within 7 days after the request is accepted.
- All items must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Swimsuits must be returned with the hygienic liner in place. Items that have been washed, worn or damaged are not eligible and will be sent back to you.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Email us at customercare@nakimuli.com to receive a return form; use subject line: Exchange Request or Store Credit Request
- Fill out the return form and ship it and the item(s) to the address provided.
- Make sure to receive a tracking number for your order so we can keep track of it in transit.
- Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping (unless there is an error on our behalf).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE OR RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once we receive your item, we will email you. Please allow 1-5 business days for it to be processed. We will notify you once your exchange item is ready to be shipped or when we issue the store credit.
WHAT'S FINAL SALE?
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on sale but not marked “FINAL SALE” are ok to return.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. You would have to contact the US Post Office to file a claim. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Nakimuli. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
LOST PACKAGES
We do not offer refunds for lost packages. If you are concerned about lost packages, please email us regarding insurance for your package.
