ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 1-8 business days of receipt. Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional 3 business days for processing during peak business periods.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
USING STORE CREDIT
To use a store credit, simply email us at customercare@nakimuli.com. We will generate a unique coupon code that you can then use towards your purchase. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your NAKIMULI account to be used on future purchases.
